| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description One gloomy Fall day, tired of the rat race, Liza and Andy Copeland decided to pack up their three small sons and set sail for distant horizons. What began as a two-year expedition turned into a six-year adventure to 82 countries and a circumnavigation of the world. JUST CRUISING tells of the family's unique experiences from England to Australia as they sailed through the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, Galapagos Islands and South Pacific, and of arriving in Australia to represent Canada in the Tall Ships events during the Australian Bicentenary celebrations. JUST CRUISING gives valuable information on cruising and traveling, and shows the realities of taking a young family along. It includes a 'How-to' section and glossary. A Canadian bestseller it is an inspiration for sailors, travellers, families and dreamers.

Bagheera and Nimbus reunite via "Just Cruising" January 31, 2000 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
During our 1987 voyage to the South Pacific aboard SV Nimbus, our family had the pleasure of joining up with the Copeland family and Bagheera. Our wonderful family times together are brought back to life through the pages of "Just Cruising".Liza's work is an inspiration to all and accurately portrays the cruising life. The book is an informative guide for couples and families. "Just Cruising" shows how you can harness the wind and, with planning and caution, can safely cruise to remote and exotic lands. It includes wonderful descriptions of destinations, sights and cultures. Two informative 'how-to' sections complete the book. During our return voyage to the South Pacific in 1999, we were shocked when we were asked "Are you the Nimbus family as shown in the book "Just Cruising"? From French Polynesnia throughout our voyage to New Zealand, we were routinely approached by young and old, eager to discuss the joy of "Just Cruising"! The book is still in date and used by many as a useful overview to read before making landfall. In conclusion, "Just Cruising" is a must read whether cruising the Med, Caribbean or South Pacific! Good work Liza! David Seller SV Nimbus
